Staff were polite.

The location was stunning and particularly good, really close to airywith pleasant views over the lovely grounds, and Coggeshall. The room with large bathroom. We didn't have time, so that's why we will be back.

Recommend it for a family reunion

The spa and pool were a real treat, just what we needed. The staff were sooo friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It reminded me of a family-run place, really relaxing.

It wasn't cheap. But honestly worth every penny.
